Yes. All posts with rot protection applied to them can be installed with concrete post mix, fence post foam and can also be power driven into the ground without issue.

Rot protectors create an air and watertight seal around the critical first 6" below ground. This dual-layer rot protection seal system excludes all the factors required for decay to occur (oxygen, fungi and moisture), guaranteeing against rot.

Q: Why do rot protectors not cover the bottom of the post?

Below the first 6 inches in the ground, there is not enough oxygen for the fungi required for decay to survive; this means there is no need to protect the post below this point.
