I liked the spray feature vs a polish. Altho to get to my goal of sparking, clean windows involved a few more steps, it was so worth it! My windows are sparkling clean and gleaming and so are my window screens. Bought this because next door neighbors house was on fire last year and smoke and all that crud that comes with it blew onto our house and windows. We tried to power wash it all but understand you have to use speciality items to get this off as it gets embedded. Water does not cut through it. It makes it worse. The quality of the item is great. Does not have smell. Goes on quickly and spreads on and washes off quickly and pretty cleanly. If there’s any smear or cloudiness left, it goes away when you finish with a glass cleaner. My windows are absolutely sparkling!Going to try it on some build up on fireplace doors.

Needed something to help with last years soot on a woodstove door. It's an oversized glass door and a shame not to see the fire through it. This product worked like a charm. Used with a brass bristled scrub brush also from Amazon. There's still some elbow grease needed but way better than using a razorblade and household cleaner. I chose this brand over others because I have indoor pets and wanted to make sure any overspray wouldn't harm them.

Overall it did a decent job of taking off the soot from the glass door of my woodburning fireplace insert, but it did nothing for the baked on stuff. I watched 2 videos from previous customer reviews and one showed the stuff coming off with no problem, but the other video was not very clear at showing the removal of the soot. So I thought I would give it a try anyway, but it wasn't as great as I had hoped it would be.

Every year the glass on our gas fireplace builds up with mercaptan and every year I have to struggle to remove it. This is the first cleaner that I have used that made cleaning so easy. I was amazed on how well it worked.

We have a sealed fireplace with a glass front that we used to heat our home during the winter. We run the fireplace almost nightly, and let it burn overnight. In the mornings, there will be a thin film of creosote on the class, so I was hopeful that I could use this daily to clean the glass back to a clear state. I’ve tried using the product now several times and effectively, I don’t think it does anything. Not as in, “doesn’t work very well”. I don’t know that it has any impact on the creosote at all. I was hoping for something that would react with the creosote to soften it up, so that it could be easily wiped away, or at the very least make it easier to get off the class and some fashion, but I don’t think this product does anything. I would not recommend it

It took several times to clean the glass totally it wasn't very clean had to put a try under the door to catch the dirty soot but after 4 time the gass was much cleaner but not completely clear it didn't get it all and it took forever to get clean

Product was as described. Because I didn’t want it to drip so I sprayed it on the sponge and applied. I lightly scrubbed it on and rinsed it with water. As you can see in the 2nd picture the glass came out sparkling clean. I would definitely buy again. Best of luck to you!

Wow. Could not believe how great this product works. It was so easy, I forgot to take before/after pictures. 30 seconds of work following the instructions, and our fireplace glass is brand new.5/5 stars. Amazing.
