Bernex Swiss Made Quartz Rhodium Plate Half Hunter Moonphase Pocket Watch

The watch itself is a nice watch, good time keeping! But when I received the watch I was very disappointed. The first thing was the watch wouldn't work! So I took it to a jewellery shop to see if there was a battery in it. They found the battery was flat! Never before has this happened to me, a new watch never been used? I have a collection of over 500 pocket watches some of them are more expensive and some are less. But most of them come with a chain! I am just so disappointed! I expected better!!
