So my three-year-old had an accident last night...and I found out this protector did not stop the leak. I’m so mad!!!! Do NOT waste your money. I was so furious that I couldn’t get back to sleep.

I got this mattress cover because my dog is battling bladder cancer and sometimes has accidents in my bed. It's been a lifesaver. It has effectively protected my bed and kept it completely dry with no leakage or seepage. It is comfortable to sleep on and doesn't make any of the rustling sounds you would expect with a plastick liner. The terrycloth cloth that covers it probably helps with that. I ended up buying a second one so I always have a clean, dry one available if something happens in the middle of the night and I don't want to wait until I've washed and dried the cover before I remake my bed. I highly recommend it.

Received my order for this mattress protector this week. Of course I did wash and dry before putting into use. Yes it is waterproof. Loved the extra fabric to tuck under the mattress. Good fit for my deep queen size mattress. I am well pleased with this purchase.

This mistress protector is exactly as advertised. It is not stiff, is waterproof and does not feel like you are sleeping on plastic. I have a 55 pound dog that likes to sneak on the bed while I'm sleeping and she sleeps so hard she sometimes wets the bed. This protector has been such an aggravation saver and launders easily with the rest of the sheets.

These mattress protectors were nice and soft, and fit easily on the bed, but after the first wash, the plastic/vinyl waterproofing part melted and stuck to itself. Then it tore/pulled off when I pulled it apart, so now it's no longer leak proof. Didn't have the accident/need to wash it until long after the return period, so now I'm stuck with it. Try a different brand, this one's no good.

This is a nice mattress cover. It is better than I expected- I am used to plastic waterproof covers that cause you to sweat while sleeping. This one is made of a waterproof material with a soft fabric as well. Very nice and very functional.

So far so good. I’ve washed it, in cold, no bleach. Comes out clean & smelling fresh. I suggest washing it immediately, if you let it dry, it’s going to stain & smell. I will not put it in the dryer, I can’t see how that wouldn’t dry & crack the rubber, even on low. I hang it to dry. It’s been through several washes already & so far it’s not leaking through to the mattress. Will update when or if it leaks. It doesn’t make that plastic crinkle sound, the terry cover is nice, I would suggest putting the bed sheet on top, it can make your child sweaty. All in all it’s doing it’s job and if Mama’s happy... I’ve since bought a second as a backup, that one is great too.

My daughter had bladder problems and we have been using a plastic sheet cover. I thought I would give this a try. This sheet is amazing. Doesn’t feel or sound like plastic, the elastic goes pretty far under the bed so the sheets actually stay on the mattress, and the best part, it kept the mattress completely dry after an accident. I couldn’t be happier with this sheet and will be ordering another one!

Great price and doesn't make a crinkly sound every time you turn, like our old one (different brand) did. Doesn't pop off easily as well. Have not washed it yet so not sure how it will survive being in the washing machine but supposedly can be machine washed.I like how it has a thin layer of cloth that makes it feel more bed-ish than plasticky like how other waterproof covers are.

wish it were thicker
