Excellent unit, a must have for your garage.
Bought a second vehicle and needed something to maintain charge. This works really well, I tried it on a couple different vehicles and it sometimes gets a bit warm, but the user manual stated that it was normal. The cables supplied are thick and excellent quality, and so are the alligator clips. They are small, but do not feel cheap or flimsy. I wish it came was a case as standard, rather than a paid option, but that does not really matter.

Defective Product, Not Even an Accurate Volt Meter
After completing a charge, the device does NOT enter maintenance mode & does NOT maintain a float charge. It just shuts off, enters tester mode & allows the battery to self-discharge as deeply as it would were it not connected to a charger. A replacement unit has been ordered. I'll update this review once I evaluate that unit.Update: I received a replacement unit & found the same defects. A proper float voltage for a 12V battery is 13.6V to 13.8V. At BEST, this product maintains the battery at 12.8V (while inaccurately reading 13.1V). Yep, 5 different volt meters, including Battery Saver's own 12V Model 9999 from years ago, verified this model (2365-lcd) consistently shows voltage 0.3V higher than the actual voltage. When it comes to battery maintenance, that is NOT a trivial error. I will probably be returning this unit as well. Do not buy!
