Strong suction and everything was used to help buff out the scratch after someone hit & run my boyfriend’s vehicle! I did use hot water prior to the dent and some wet cleaning wipes when cleaning the scratch. There’s a couple small dents I couldn’t get and while trying to get them with the big suction cup the pull handle cracked, so just something to we weary off PULL but don’t break it!! To me it cracking meant nothing because it served its purpose and got a HUGE dent out for $15. I knew it wouldn’t look perfect after but it looks hardly noticeable!!! If it breaks I’ll buy another!

Pros: it comes with everything it says it comes with. Certain areas of the car the auctions seems to be pretty good & easy to use.Cons: very fragile, it appears to break easy, some pieces came broken, in certain areas of the vehicle the only one that was not broken did not work (meaning the suction was horrible in certain areas of the car. Again, the two smaller suctions were already broken to even be able to try.Needless to say I am very disappointed and would not recommend this product.

The science behind this product makes sense. Put boiling water on the dent, place the suction cup on it, close the handle to lock it in by sucking out the air.At that point, the suction feels great. Unfortunately, the suction is stronger than the product itself, so when I pulled up to remove the dent, the product just broke.

The pieces suction pull is actually and they are easy to handle however, the material they are made with is not as strong to handle it. I broke all three suction pullies while working on my vehicle's dent. They are weak. They don't work as they should. Look for other options.

I was able to use it for exactly for what i needed it for and i still use it to this day for any small bumps or bangs in my vehicle. The device is very easy to use also. Just follow the directions.
