I have never used anything like this before and was not sure how to hydrate them. The package tell you to use a large bowl which does not work well. I would suggest a 5 gallon buck if you hydrate them all at the same time. I did not hydrate them all at the same time and they still overfilled my large bowl.They are pretty but are easy to damage,
