The 13'x16.5' Sail fit our 11'x16' space almost perfectly and...
...it definitely is waterproof! And even though my husband put it on a bit slanted, in hopes that it wouldn't collect rain, it still did collect rain...there were two huge bulges of water this morning and it's only been raining for a little over an hour....gonna have to figure that out, because I love it, and aside of it being 1' short in length that we needed for full coverage, it would have been perfect...
