They will be easy to clean if needed during my DIY projects.About the information - I love the clearly laid out tips and tricks at the beginning so if you are just starting out with essential oils you have some basic how-to's to get you started. The "Basics" recipes are generic how-tos that you can adapt to using your favorite essential oils. After that are recipes and DIYs for incredible diffuser blends, household products, and body care stuff.Highly recommend whether you're just starting out with essential oils (in which grab The Healing Power of Essential Oils book for more in-depth information if you want) or are looking for an easy-reference this is the deck for you. Mine fits on my wall shelf where I keep my essential oils so it's perfect for the bedroom.

They are beautifully explained really nice and Handy can't wait to try some of the recipes out

The box itself is so cheerful in sunshiny yellow, just the right size for my little kitchen. Seriously, these cards are the BEST, so easy to locate which type of essential oil recipe I want #1, and then easy to read and get it made. The cards are well made and sturdy, yet lightweight & simple to move around. I like that they're not playing card small that could get lost easy. I applaud Dr. & Mama Z for their enormous amount of knowledge and the content of each card is incredible for a compact design like these. 5 stars from our house! ( Great gift idea as well)
