I use this for my protein drink after my workout. I pour cold water in this thing at 6am before I go to work and it's still relatively cool when I take it out of my bag (sitting in my office) after working out during my lunch break at 2pm. I use it with the thermal cover cup, screw cork, and shaker ball. I just drink from the lip of the bottle with the cover removed.Pros:- Keeps your drink cool- Seals are good with no leaking- Comes with a cleaning brushCons:- Shaker ball is a bit small but it does do the job- I think the straw option is worthless and would just add to the cleaning- Not really a con, but maybe think of adding some kind of container for protein powder in the futureI rinse this bottle out with water and fill it back up with tap water after I finish my protein drink and rinse it a little more when I get home. So far no odors.

I like to drink ice coffee but in classic blender ball cups, the ice melts and the cup sweats. I got this yesterday. I filled it early in the morning. It’s been about 30 hours and the there is still ice in it. I am a VERY happy customer!
