Excellent product! Works as advertised!
This product works as advertised and is very effective. You need to know how to use it.Key and Key-fob are used synonymously in this review.I was custodian for my uncle's rather expensive (by my standards :-) ) vehicle for a few months.Having seen the very disturbing footage of keyless entry cars being stolen off driveways by the criminal minded using sniffer probes and receivers, I was worried that could happen to me, especially as the car was not kept in a locked garage.I am familiar with the basics of Faraday cages and signal shielding so as a poor man's starter for 6, wrapped the keys in Aluminium foil and kept them well away from doors and windows.Unfortunately, the kitchen foil made them look rather untidy and they were at genuine risk of being mistaken for rubbish and chucked out.I therefore decided to invest in these pouches as more permanent and fitting storage for the keys.Upon receipt, I was keen to test them out, so I put the main keys in one of the pouches and proceeded to attempt to access the car.I was able to open the doors and start the car as normal. My immediate conclusion was "piece of junk" and I was just about getting ready to send them back when I noted - as another reviewer has pointed out - that there are 2 compartments in the pouch.I had erroneously assumed the leather material was impregnated with conductive material. It is not. When you open the pouch, there is what looks like brown lining inside. This is not lining but rather, the shielded rear compartment and the keys (or whatever you are protecting) needs to be placed wholly inside this "lining" for it to work. For my test with Uncle's car, I moved the keys into this compartment and attempted to access the car. Nada! No response! As required!I opened the pouch without actually removing the keys and again, no response.I lifted the keys out of the compartment and eureka, the car responded and I got in.I then put the keys back into the compartment and attempted to start the car. I got "Key not detected" and the car would not start.I then moved the keys from the rear shielded compartment into the front "unshielded" compartment (but still inside the pouch) and closed the pouch.I was able to start the car.So, my advice is:Keys always inside the shielded compartment UNLESS you need to use the car at which point, move the keys from the rear compartment to the front compartment. Don't forget to return the keys to the rear compartment as soon as you have locked the car when done.Pros:Large holder, accommodates keys comfortably but small enough to be fit comfortably in one's pocket.Convenience (for me) of allowing key to move between rear and front compartment as required.Pouches supplied as a pair: One for main key and one for spare which can be kept in rear shielded compartment and safely locked away in the house.Cons:Cannot think of any real ones but perhaps there could be some labelling inside the pouch to make it a bit more fool-proof.Verdict.These are great, excellent value for money, do what they are supposed to, have ample space for your key fob but are still a reasonably "small" size to fit inside your pockets.Well worth the investment!!

Good product
Tested with BMW key inside- no signal is emitted. Therefore the material is impenetrable by fob signals and any thieves hardware. However this material is only confined to the light coloured pouch inside. The extra pocket does not have this protection and cannot accommodate a modern large or medium smartphone. Once the key is inside it takes up most of the available space making it difficult to inside a card, for example. The Velcro closure is strong. The material looks good and appears waterproof when I tried to drop some water on to it and rub it in. The stitching is also good.So it works as advertised and is value for money (2 for the price of one), but has some limitations as to what you can put inside.

Perfect way to protect your keys.
I bought this key fob signal blocker as am fully aware of the current trend of thieves stealing cars without using the keys. This pair ensures that the two keys to our cars which are in use are protected at home and when we are out and about. The handy clip enables my wife to clip the car keys securely to her handbag and mine clip to a hook on my belt. The velcro strip is strong and holds the keys in without fear of losing them.

Great safeguard
Many cars now (as does mine) have key-less start / entry, and it has become an increasing concern how easy it is for crooks to steal cars with this type of system.A simple way to overcome is to always keep your key(s) in an RFID blocking pouch (or an all metal tin etc. if you don't want to use a pouch)This product is a good solution, being a pack of 2. I use one for the spare key, and one for my main keys (with the car fob on it). It works perfectly - easy to verify, place fob in pouch and go see if you can open door! The pouches have useful hooks for attaching to belt loop or inside bag etc. They are quite compact, so not big and bulky. You may mind a bit tight though if you tend to have lots of different keys on a key-ring, but the normal 2 or 3 or so will be fine.

Not trustworth
I Bought two of these, one for me and one for my wife - same car. My wife's works but mine no longer does. The only difference I can think of is that she keeps hers in her handbag and I keep mine in my pocket so it probably gets more creased etc. If you have one I suggest that you test it periodically.

Reassuring key holder
Well, so far, so good. An engineer husband of a friend of mine recommended that I purchase these type of key holder for piece of mind with my car keys, as I was constantly worried that my car could be stolen, after hearing stories that car thieves can easily get into expensive fast cars, with keyless keys, without the actual car keys. I used to wrap my keys in foil when ever I got home. But this pad came in a pair so I always carry one in my hand bag when ever I go out and the second one I leave at home to put my spare car keys. Gives me reassurance and the pouch is slim and stylish.

You can't nick my car mate! It's in the bag!
You hear about theft of "keyless entry" cars regularly in the news these days. We just bought one of these cars and wanted to protect it from theft.Pop your key into this bag, close the flap and there you have it - no tea leaf (thief) is going to get the signal from your key to your car.It works even if you are stood right next to the car. If it aint out of the bag, you aint gonna get it. Job done!Don't forget to use the second bag to protect the spare key too!

Key note
Arrived on time, nicely packaged and I like the fact they have hooks so i can place them where I like. Only down side is whilst the pouches are big, they are rigid and do not fit a bunch of keys in. I think most people will have car key, house key, garage/Alarm fob and maybe a key ring. All of which don't fit so I'm left with remainder of keys hanging out of pouch. Would be great if there was a small bag version that could fit a bunch of keys in.
