This microwave cover is the best option for microwaving your food. It’s made of safe glass, unlike questionable plastic that could potentially contaminate your food. It also has all the features I was looking for, such as holes to release steam, a height that allows bowls to be placed underneath, handles on both the sides and top for easy handling, and the ability to safely clean in the dishwasher. It’s also very sturdy and stable, with no thin glass here.

I wanted something that looks nicer than a plastic food cover for microwave ovens. Also, some covers aren't tall enough. This is the perfect glass food cover. It's well-built, sturdy, and tall enough for almost all food items.

It’s glass. It’s thick, heavy and keeps the splatter from turning my microwave into a post zombie apocalypse scene or a movie set for saw.Dishwasher safe is a huge plus. Fits well in my whirlpool microwave.Functionality - it serves its purpose well. If it broke I’d buy another one.

We wanted to replace our plastic microwave covers and this came up on our search. We really like it. the only issue is that it is significantly heavier than our previous plastic on. This is to be expected but it does take some adjustment. We feel safer using it and it is easier to clean than the plastic one was.

Heavy. Effective. Sturdy. Pricey. This is one of those items that Idebated getting. However, as I am sick of plastics in and on EVERYTHING that we utilize, I purchased this cover. While I wish the price was 10 to 15 dollars less, I am glad I got it. Be prepared to dry it with a towel after heating items that steam. This would make a nice housewarming or wedding gift.

No plastic, heavy duty!

I like the concept of this product. We eat a lot of ethnic foods and when re-heating, we like to protect our microwave oven. This serves the purpose but it's so heavy. You have to be very mindful and careful while using this. Definitely not for kids. If kids use this, guaranteed, it's going to break or they may break the microwave plate!
