I was sceptical at first but this tea does its job. Doesn’t taste too bad, without adding honey, after about 20-40 minutes mucus shifts so you can cough it out so definitely good for lung health. Good quality tea bags, will keep buying. Good value too!

I have brought Mullen tea before lung condition it’s all expensive which ever oneYou choose I did not care for the taste of this one and found no calming effect inFact I did not like it at all sorry

Have been drinking this mullein leaf tea for under a month but I already have been able to see changes. Previously I had a lot of mucous and this resulted in me always having my nose blocked and having to use a nasal spray to breath. For the first time in two years I can breath through my nose so clearly!! I drink one cup a day, sometimes two cups. The teabags are strong so u can reuse one to make another tea. Would definitely recommend!
