Treasure Hunter's Handbook Hardcover – Illustrated, August 7, 2014

I will be going to the emerald mines in N. Carolina and diamond mine in Arkansas, and lots of people who are bringing their kids or grandkids love this book to go along with the adventure. We were searching for gold in a Maine river known to have gold, and a photographer took photos of my son and husband panning for gold so they are in the chapter on panning for gold, and he is on the cover. I bought several of these to bring with me, and will share them with families with children who are there.

Oh, and this book and the kit has not grown old. He is still useing it! Thank you!Fast delivery and it was in great shape!

I purchased this book used and the book looks brand new. The content is exactly what I was looking for, for my little treasure hunter. We have a metal detector we are going to be letting him use. If you don't have a metal detector this might not be a great book to buy since it mentions them and I would assume it would make a child want one lol.

In the words of our almost 5 year old grandson- this book is amazing!The subject matter is definitely something your treasure hunter can relate to and the photos are really engaging.

Very informative book. Bought this along with a metal detector for my little boys birthday, and he has really enjoyed this book! Has lots of great historical info, and he's excited about trying to find his own treasures.

My granddaughter lives this. She is looking for her fortune.

Bought this for my 8 yr old Grandson. He loves it. He does a lot of Metal detecting.

I couldn't open it on my Kindle. I sent it back for a refund. I'm pretty disappointed. I hope they can fix this issue.
