Good roller wheel
I was looking for an easy solution to reduce size of the waist line and saw this type of roller wheel on adverts. Not sure how or if it works, I pulled the trigger.So far so good.This one is pretty reasonably priced and so far has been sturdy enough to sustain my 90kg weight. I particularly like the metal centre pole that connects the two arm rests on either side, it's not going to break any time soon.The usage is pretty simple but takes a bit of getting used to. In particular I had to watch some YouTube videos to get my body position right, otherwise I felt my back actually took the most training than abs.All in all, after a few days usage, I think this is a good product. How effective is it? Well it's 20% down to the tool and 80% down to me continuing the training.

If you want to be in good shape, you must exercise every day.
As soon as I bought it, I couldn't wait to assemble it. It was very easy to assemble and very strong. It feels very quality. It is also very light to travel and easy to take exercise anytime and anywhere. The most important thing is that no noise is not afraid to disturb others, and it is worth buying.

Easy To Use Abs Roller
This is one of my favorite fitness equipment, it can be used for abdominal, but also can practice arm strength, and simple operation.

Had a go at it a few times. For its price it definitely went beyond what I was expecting. Never got round trying the other bits that came with it but the grip itself is pretty solid. Done a few reps at 80kg and the springs seem solid enough. very good.worth buying.

Excellent Quality
I have never tryed this and Iv seen a lot of videos on this product so I thought I give it a go. This is an amazing abb workout mechine it comes with a timer so u can better your self everyday also has a phone holder iv been doing it for two days and my Abbs are aching don't take my word for it u must try it out for ur self. You will not be disappointed.

Easy to use
Great ABS Roller Wheel and very easy to put together. Perfect addition to my daily workout and after a couple of sessions I can feel the effects already. It moves very smoothly and it’s very easy to control. Worth the money
