These gel, heel inserts do exactly what they say they are supposed to do.I bought these for my husband who gets a lot of pain in his feet/heels, and this was recommended to him by the doctor. I researched different brands and they all basically look the same so I just picked this one randomly. Glad I did. He liked it so much in a pair of his shoes that we ended up buying a second set so that he could put it into all of his shoes. The only negative thing about these were that the sticky bottom of it isn’t really that sticky so they were moving around occasionally in his shoe and he had to keep readjusting it. Fortunately, some brilliant person invented double sticky tape in the shape of this insole to use along with this. Once we put the tape between the insole and the shoe, he has no more problems. So if you do buy this product and you find it slipping around in your shoe, there is a fix for it.

Comfortable and helpful

I tested these babies for 3 hours. I wore booties but I wanted to see if these would be comfortable. I did not experience any heel pain but I may need to get another source for the sides of my feet. They stick in the shoe and do not move once you place them. Appears to be functional. Good price!

The silicone was of low quality because after using the inserts for a month or so, it started to break at the borders. In addition, it doesn't stay fixed under your heel; it displaces forward and becomes uncomfortable. I've had to take off my sneakers and put them back on the heel of the shoe.

Really helps my tendinitis. Made well and is very comfortable. I haven’t had a problem with the insert moving in my boot. I can take it out and clean it. Doesn’t end up stinking like foam wedge pads.

I have a bump on the back of my heel and if my shoes hit it, the pain is enough that I can't walk. Many heel cups aren't thick enough to raise my heel enough but these are.I love the gel since I have neuropathy and hard surfaces are not my friend. I put them under my shoe insoles and they fit with the gel arch support that I also use. I can't feel the end of the heel cup under the insole and they don't slip around like I've read in some reviews.I bought 4 more pair so I don't have to move the heel cups from one pair of shoes to another.

I was looking for a less expensive option for my plantar fasciitis. The pair my doctor sold for $35 (light blue in pics) worked great but I wanted more pairs. The Homergy heel cups are slightly less soft and cusiony but for the price they can't be beat. They are a little larger too which, for my foot, causes the front edge to rub slightly on the ball of my foot. I think trimming them down will fix that. I recommend these as a good value alternative to the more expensive brands.

These are a must have for athletes, especially soccer players as cleats are not always the most comfortable shoe. These offer necessary heel cushion to avoid injury to the lower leg. Once we inserted these into my children's soccer cleats, their pain disappeared.
