Horrible customer service
This product was junk. This phone did not charge itself with the solar panel. It says it has. The solar panel was super small and it did not work for the phone. I am very unhappy with the phone. I’ve been trying to return the phone for already three weeks and I already drove to Fontana from Rancho Cucamonga to to the return center at Amazon and they told me that I could not return it there I had to ship it through UPS, but UPS never came or no labels ever came

Happy w. purchase
I bought this robust phone mainly for its dual SIM feature and long-lasting battery, and I'm very happy with it. The dual SIM makes it easy to manage both my work and personal numbers on one device. The battery life is great—I can go for days without needing to recharge, even with heavy use.The phone is a bit heavy, which can be a little inconvenient, but the benefits far outweigh this small issue. Overall, my experience with this phone has been really good. It's reliable and works well for my needs.

Not a Tesla
Rugged heavy durable not related to Tesla manufacturing at all.

Size and weight
It was too bulky and heavy. However this was caused by it's robust and rugged design which did not require an additional case. Nonetheless I would prefer to find my own less bulky case.

Much better phones out there
For this amount of money I'd expect BT 5.1 and Android 14 or 15 NOT 11 😂

Impressive Device and Features
I recently got the Tesla Explr 9 and to call it a phone is an understatement. Loving this powerful device! I’m still learning all the features but so far these are some of the highlights:* 4 cameras, main camera with 64 megapixels. As a real estate agent, I often have to do property videos or photos on the go. I’ve been able to get amazing quality photos and HD videos with the Explr 9. There’s front facing and main cameras. Super versatile and convenient.* The battery life has been unbelievable. I’ve been using the phone so far for 2 days and still haven’t had the need to recharge. Being on the go it’s not always easy nor feasible to plug up and charge. This has been a huge selling point for me.* Other cool features I’ve already used: the side fingerprint reader to quickly unlock, quick charging in 4 hours, 2 SIM cards allows me to carry 1 device for both business calls and personal calls.* The makers created a feature rich device, there’s also a radio ability and night vision. Haven’t tried these out yet but I’ve been wowed with the ease of use and responsiveness of the rest of the features I’ve already used.
