Good, multi- use scalpels
These are adequate for most general purposes, but because they are disposable they dull quickly. Still, they work.

These are great to have for a number of reasons. On top of hobbies and other uses, they are sterile, so they are safe to use on splinters and other medical procedures. Make sure to get the "type" that suits your needs. There are sharp tipped ones, rounded tipped ones and a few different styles in addition. Be safe however, these are the real deal!

these are light and easy to handle. I used them to score my sour dough bread! nice sharp, work great!
