Setup documentation is minimal but phone works great.
I'm using this phone over WiFi (not wired ethernet, which is also an option) with two different SIP/VOIP accounts. No problems and works great.I did not use any online documentation and just worked my way through the setup menu. Took about an hour. If using WiFi you first have to connect to your wireless router via the "Basic" menu option on the main menu. At first I wasted time thinking I could find that under the "Advanced" menu option. Not so. Of course you have to enter you WiFI password and get the characters and upper/lower case correct. A little tedious using the phone keypad for that.Once you have the WiFI connection (you'll see a green WiFI icon on the phone's display) you need a web browser to go to the web server on the phone itself from your computers/laptops web browser. For example, "https://192.168.1.80". You'll have to determine the IP address of the phone using the "Status" menu icon. Once you login to the phone's web server you then setup the VOIP/SIP account, specifying the server hostname and port, account name and password. After it's all working you'll probably want to change the default admin password for the phone.

Directions are poor
2 days later, still don't have this activated. There is NO customer support phone number and the email on the back of their directions is not a valid address. Not pleased at all.

Works great with an onprem FreePBX
Using this as my desk phone for my small business line(s). Setting it up with FreePBX was pretty straightforward and I have no real complaints about the phone.
