These are the best low carb bars I’ve tried. Nice and chewy and good texture. Having a selection is also bonus. Will buy again

These bars are lovely. They’re big and chunky with a nice flavour and texture. They are also one of the most keto-friendly bars you can find. Although they list the carbs as being 3.5g (which is already low!), presumably that’s total carbs. Net carbs are what matters for keto and for net carbs you can subtract the fibre from the total carbs. And since there’s a lot of fibre in these bars, the net carbs would be effectively close to zero. The protein is not very high either, which although that makes the “protein bar” claim questionable, it’s better for keto because protein raises blood sugar. For keto you want higher fat than protein - which these bars have. I have a blood ketone meter and have no issues keeping blood sugar low and ketones high with these bars. They are pricey but I will continue to buy them on occasion.

Tasty low sugar chocolate bars that don’t taste any different from full sugar bars. Great size, great taste/texture and great quality. My favourite is the coconut bar which tastes like just like a Bounty bar 😋. I do wish the bars had more protein in them and wish they were cheaper as I do think they’re expensive. Will buy them again if they go on offer.

Very nice good taste and filling

After recently trying this flavour, I have to say they exceeded my expectations! The combination of rich, velvety chocolate and the silky caramel creates the perfect balance of flavour. I am always looking for ways to curb my chocolate cravings.. so it was almost like eating a dessert, but without the guilt. Not only does it taste amazing, but it also provides a great source of protein, making it the perfect snack for after workouts or when I need an energy boost during the day. The texture is just right, not too hard, not too chewy and it doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste that some protein bars have. I love that it’s packed with quality ingredients and keeps me full for hours. If you’re looking for a delicious, nutritious snack, I highly recommend giving this a try!

I absolutely love these. I don't eat them because they are protein bars. To be honest there isn't that much protein in them, but they are low carb, low sugar and delicious. And very filling! Very happy to recommend. Although they have been out if stock for ages so maybe I shouldn't give them such good review that people will want them! Haha!

This supposed to be a protein bar but do you know why it taste so good? This "protein" bar has only 3g per bar. Too expensive for this kind of bar
