The lid needs a better design. The way the sipper lid is designed, there's always a small volume of liquid leftover in the container. Next is the ever-exposed sipper surface. A small cover on the sipper, covering at least just the sipping portion would be way better. I accidentally hit the base of this mug when I was shaking it and now there's a small dent there :D Haven't tested insulation much but it seemed to be fine. Does not leak. To summarise, it does its job but the lid is disappointing and maybe overpriced.

Expensive.. qyuality is good, expensive. Many products with similar quality are available at much lesser cost

The mug is very good. Maintains cold and hot. The only problem is the paint. As you use the mug the paint gets worn out because of your hand. Or while washing.

Either the product is defective or the insulation is very poor. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for proper heat retention. Personally I found that the cold retention does not last 12 hours in fact my last purchase was a 700 ruppe wosta bottle that had better insulation. I bought looking at the brand reputation hoping it would be nice, but it was disappointing for the prize I suggest potential buyers to look into its insulation mine was not at all satisfactory

Great mug, I made a cappuccino in it to take to work and the drink stayed hot all afternoon. No leakage or drips, easy to drink out of. According to the instructions, only the metal mugs can ho in the dishwasher, all coloured ones have yo be washed by hand, although the lids can ho in the washer. It was easy enough to clean. Hspot it fitted in my bottle holder on the rucksack.
