It was exactly as pictured.
This was a gift for my granddaughters and it was exactly what I wanted. Good quality and what was pictured online. Not too fancy but pretty and all 3 girls loved them and wear them all the time. It was packaged perfectly and included a little thank you gift of perfume which the girls loved. One of the girls wore the pink ribbon from the box all day as a headband. Ages of the girls 8, 9, and 10.

Charm fine. Chain not so good
The charm itself was nice but the chain was broken. The end was totally off We didn’t send it back as we needed it right away. Was disappointed
