Thinksport Mineral Sunscreen, SPF 50 Clear Zinc Oxide Sunscreen, 6 Fl Oz, Water Resistant Reef Safe Sunscreen, Vegan Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB Sun Screen

Bought a couple of these for my trip to Mexico. I burn easily. I love that it's reef safe (so many chemicals in other sunscreens can damage our fragile ocean ecosystem) and uses Zinc instead of lots of chemicals. As a result (and as I was aware prior to purchase), this stuff is thick and takes a lot of rubbing in, and will often leave your skin with a hint of white to it. I'm fine with that, much better than getting skin cancer thank you very much. I reapplied every 2hrs, spent most of the day in the pool and in direct sun and didn't burn at all! Even got a little tan over the 4 day trip. Will definitely buy again - this is a staple for me now that I've found it!

I’ve never burned using this product and from what I’ve read it’s not full of harmful chemicals. Personally I love it!

I use EWG to pick out safe Sunscreens. This is highly rated and reaonably priced. Best used daily.

Works well, but it doesn't disappear - on my already lightly-tanned skin it looks chalky. My biggest complaint is that it's hard to wash off - you really have to scrub!

This is great! Meant to purchase the clear version (this one) and bought the regular one by mistake. Returned and bought clear. I tested it on my hand and my face and you cannot see white cast. This is a huge deal for me as our other zinc oxide sunscreen not only left us looking all white, but transferred on the swimsuits too. Not a good look... So if you are looking for a mineral sunscreen that does not leave a white cast and applies clear, look no further!! Also: EWG-verified.

This does not block out sun like my precious zinc sunscreens- it still has some white cast but I got a lot of color for 50 and I had bumps from the sun which I never get unless I’m at the beach a week…all in a couple of hours and this was reapplied.

As someone who is a very fair-skinned redhead, I'm always on the lookout for the best sunscreen. I'm also wanting to seek out ones with good, non-toxic ingredients. I took this one, and others, to the beach and reached for this one every time I needed to reapply. It went on light and clear and didn't make me white due to the zinc oxide. I will be buying this again!
