The knife so nice, I bought it twice (in different colors)
The media could not be loaded. I like the original Banter so much, I have multiple versions of it, so when the Baby banter came out, I had to pick it up (I also bought a green one, when that color was released). All of the design elements that made the original Banter an excellent knife were integrated into this smaller frame: straightforward ergonomic design; countersunk deep carry pocket clip; light weight; quality materials and components. It's great for when I need a very compact and unobtrusive knife. The knife fits surprisingly well in my large hands, despite being a small knife. Thanks to its small size and simple design, it doesn't scare non-knife people. I disassembled, cleaned and lubed the knife upon arrival, like I do with all my knives and fidgeted with it a little bit, to break it in. It had nice action initially, but after the break-in period, the action became excellent. Swift and smooth blade deployment with a thumb flick. Easy one-handed closing too; I can fold it closed with my index finger and thumb, or just get it started and swing the blade shut. Textured G10 scales and smartly applied jimping on the blade spine and finger choil make for well controlled cutting. I love the Banter series and can't wait to see what Ben comes up with next. Do yourself a favor and pick up one, or a couple.

Great *little* knife right out of the box!
I was skeptical on this little blade for some time. To me, size matters when it comes to an edc knife, especially in terms of being able to use the tool safely! This surpassed expectations, and here’s why:• Functional finger choil: many blades, especially smaller, have some sort of finger choil built into the design, and this is no different. This difference here is that it’s actually functional - you don’t feel like you’re going to slip and cut yourself. Everything feels natural and secure.• Size - this is a small knife no doubt. I actually carry it in my 5th pocket without an issue, which is nice because I also like to carry a flashlight on me. The photos definitely make it look a little odd, and definitely “stubby” - but in reality the design is simple and elegant, all in a small package. This could easily be used as a backup knife and has a minimal footprint.• Quality! Civivi/WE has become one of the industry leaders at quality knives at very affordable prices. From the ergonomic handle, to the Nitro-V razor sharp blade, this is no different. Everything is smooth and natural right out of the box. Deploys easily and quickly, and the lock feels extremely secure. If size is the only thing holding you back, just give this one a shot, you’ll be surprised. I also purchased the WE Banter, mostly due to how much I enjoyed this little guy. Will he buying more in short order.

A fantastic little knife
I was hesitant when dropping this kind of money on such a small knife as I had carried larger ones or just multitools my whole life before this. But as I looked to start minimizing my EDC carry, this little guy just popped out, and I have been blown away. I don't know anything about blade steels or a lot of technical aspects, but I do know I love this knifePros:- Ergonomics. I don't have the biggest hands, but even being a small knife, it always feels secure regardless of what I'm doing.- Opening and closing is super fluid. Not so much so that it opens itself, but the thumb stud pivots this blade perfectly. The liner lock is super secure and easy to manipulate.- Super low pocket clip. Rides super deep in a pocket and is very comfortable. I added some paracord to the lanyard hole to make it easier to pull out if need be. And cuz it's just cool.- Blade design. The belly on this and curvature make cutting feel intuitive and easy.- Sharpness. It's held a great edge for me. I use it for everything from opening and breaking down boxes at work, to cutting paracord and whittling while outdoors, and it keeps up. It retains its edge pretty well, and takes a sharpening easily.Cons:- Price. $60 is a lot to drop on a small knife, especially if your like me and had never carried one this size. It's worth it, but still a big hump to get over- Needs tightened occasionally. Aside from using it all the time, I also have a habit of flicking it open as a fidget. I've had to tighten the blade up a few times with precision bits. Not everyone has those laying around, so a cheap purchase takes care of it (and everyone should own the tools to take care of their knives as it is), but it can be a turn off when your favorite knife starts getting "wiggly".Overall:This small guy has become my go-to EDC knife, and I recommend it to EVERYONE looking to either add to their collection, or just looking to start carrying.

Clean, simple carry
Nice size for a simple everyday carry. Sturdy handle, sharp blade. I'll have to see how the blade holds up.
