I have carpal tunnel and arthritis in my hands, but my husband and I enjoy eating tacos frequently. I love this for breaking up ground beef as I cook it. It makes it so much easier, quicker, more efficient. I’ve used it a few times since purchasing. It seems very sturdy, like it will last a while. If I had to start out all over again equipping a kitchen from scratch, I’d say this is an essential tool. I imagine you can use it for other things like mashing potatoes, breaking up tomatoes for sauces. So far I just use it for ground beef. Great kitchen tool. Mine came quickly, In perfect condition.
