I just received my jade roller, and it feels good. Can't wait to put it in the fridge to get it nice and cold to start using it.Only thing I didn't like is the packaging. I was expecting to receive it in a box where I could keep it, like it appears in the photos, but instead it came in a crappy plastic packaging.Hopefully it turns out to be good quality and something I can implement in my daily beauty routine.

Photo on this is very misleading, it shows the product coming with a beautiful black and "marble" printed box with gold lettering. It doesn't come with any type of box, but in a flimsy, ugly plastic bag. The item itself doesn't feel high-quality, the metal is already kind of discolored and scuffed. If you were to give this as a gift, you'd had to find your own packaging, which may be difficult due to the strange dimensions of the product.

Really nice quality. I’ve used other products that claim to do the same thing but this is by far my favorite. Thinking about buying a few more as gifts for some friends. It helps so much with my puffy eyes in the morning !!

Was not happy didn’t come in it’s own box or bag or instructions. This was supposed to be a mother Day gift.

Love putting the roller in the freezer and massaging my face in the morning or whenever my skin needs a little refresher. Feels great on my skin and relaxes the muscle in my forehead when I'm stressed.

It broke a few days after recieving item.

I got this as a gift for my girlfriend and she hasn’t stopped raving about it. She uses it every morning and even I have noticed the small differences. It looks like it’s doing its job!

It literally broke during 2nd use. 😡
