ZincShield LiquidZinc Liquid Roof Protection for Preventing Ugly Roof Stains from Moss, Algae, Fungus, and Mildew (1 Gallon) Made in The USA

Only used once so far, live in the mountains, appreciate that there is a product to prevent the green algae and moss that grows on my roof and siding.

I followed the directions and used this product on my roof but it didn't work. The stains seem to be getting worst, I'm really disappointed since I had good expectations from this product. I guess I'll have to go back to using a different product that works like "spray and forget".

When our roof was new 8 years ago we purchased this spray on coating because the homes in our area tend to get the streaks down them. We use it once a year and it works great as we have no stains on our roof. Ordering some more to keep up the protection.

Had streaks of algae on the north side of the roof facing the street which made it very unsightly. Initially washed the roof clean of streaks per ZincShield recommendation. Now apply Liquid ZincShield once a year (every April) using a 2-gallon sprayer and no noticeable streaks for the last 10 years!
