I love these, they are so convenient. I have a stash of them in every drawer in my house, as well as in every bag that I carry around. It’s so easy just to pop one in my mouth throughout the day, especially after eating. As someone who is very cavity-prone and has been told that the pH in my mouth is quite acidic, I love these.

I love their Xylitol gum and I thought that this is what it was. I’ve been looking for the gum for a long time so I was excited for my shipment to arrive.. there is a no return or refund on this product so I can’t return it and try to find the gum elsewhere online. I’m really disappointed. I wish it was the gum.:(

I started using these mints as a way to help neutralize the acid in my mouth after snacking or drinking coffee throughout the day. It definitely works! My breath is fresher after I have one, and I've had way less decay.

Taste really good, but doesn’t last very long. As far as helping dry mouth- seems mediocre. I like that it has xylitol and other things for teeth health though. Expensive for what you get!
