I had been searching for a straw with the opening just thr right width...many sellers incorrectly specify the size of the opening of their straws...anyhow, these straws are the correct width, or opening, but they are long. I don't need them that long, but they don't sell shorter ones.Just to let people know also...I thought I was ordering paper straws because of the comment in the description that these were compostable. Just so you know, these are not paper straws!

As far as being green, I like these. But the downfall is, they crack is easily. I am always trying to find something good for the environment but if they end up under something in my lunch box or whatever, they’re unusable because they’re cracked. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Nice wide straw that definitely works for smoothies.I like that these are compostable, but I'm not sure I'll buy again because I feel they do not meet my need for cost efficiency.Found reusable stainless straws that come with cleaning brush that meets my need for ease without the repeated cost.

These are fantastic. The extra long fit 32 and 48 water bottles and insulated cups.

Save your money! First, they are shipped from China so you have to wait a long time to get them. Second, they are just the size of any ordinary straw. They are not "jumbo" or for "smoothies". These straws would only be good for liquids like water, soda or tea.

Work great, perfect size for smoothies. Be warned that they melt in warm beverages though.
