Unfortunately was sold a dud and Seller said the product was shopped with root ball growth.Product was dormant or dead, and only offered a half price discount. I should have known better than to order Plant / Root organic materials from Amazon. As they can’t enforce quality

I was a little worried when I received it. The cuttings/roots looked a little dried out with no sprouts but it took and is doing great

Both of my ginger roots sprouted and have grown so tall so fast! I am super excited to watch these grow. I put them in self-watering pots after they sprouted, and they have grown so well. They are in a full sun window and as happy as can be. I'll be transplanting them outside soon. I have already recommended this seller to family members looking to get some as well

So when shopping I tried very hard to search for the actual plant to be delivered... thought that these were selling the actual plant not just a few cuts of the roots... so I got a small box with like 2 pieces of dried roots... and I do not know how to grow hence why I didn't just buy seeds to begin with. I've been trying to grow from this root and I've had zero luck. I've tried having even people who have green thumbs and have grown green houses etc. But nothing has been produced from these and its not like I can return the roots...... like idk what to do now. This could have been avoided.. please fix product name and description because it was supposed to be 2 full plants. And I Got 2 dried roots in a tiny boy unwrapped. So. Ya.

I got them in and they're all in magnificent condition. I'll post a picture once I have them sprouted!! I deff recommend!!!
