I can't believe this brand isn't in grocery stores yet!
This brand of light pasta is fantastic. It does take longer to cook than your regular pasta but it also gives you 47 percent less calories and a lot of fiber which we could all use! It tastes just like regular pasta but it is expensive. Wish there were more pasta shape options but I suspect more options will eventually become available. I have seen crackers from this brand and hope they move into manufacturing bread soon!

Lower Calorie, Great Flavor
I just made the best lasagna I have made in a long time using these noodles. They require boiling in a pot before layering into a lasagna, unlike some noodle types that can be baked using the hard, raw noodle. But this noodle makes up for it in flavor. Each box is enough to make a lasagna. The great thing about these noodles is that they are packed with lots of fiber to offset the carbs that are inherent to all noodles. Three noodles have 42 total carbs, which is counteracted by a whopping 24 grams of fiber. This leaves the body with 18 grams of net carbs. These same 3 noodles are 110 calories.I think they have a great taste. They are made with enriched durum semolina. It contains wheat gluten.

Same great flavor, just more fiber
I used these noodles to make lasagna in the crock pot with my normal recipe. My family could not tell the difference between these noodles and the ones I usually use, which I call a win. I have tried so many pastas that promise low carb/high fiber and they end up tasting so weird that my family won't eat them. This one has been the only one to date that was as good as the normal high carb pasta.

Tastes hearty, with less calories and more fiber!
This Fiber Gourmet Pasta: Light Lasagna has a great taste and texture. I used it in a lasagna soup, and it is a little harder to break into pieces compared to the other lasagna I typically use, but that’s a great quality for baked lasagna! I love that it’s lower in calories and net carbs without compromising on taste!
