So fast to set up new code and use.

Good for running into shop or inside a bike locker but would not use it for outdoor lock up over extended period of time.

I ordered two of these locks, and one stopped working. The combination no longer works, so we cannot unlock any longer. I went through the return process, printed up the shipping labels, paid for shipping and mailed it back to the manufacturer in a different country. A few weeks later it was returned to me with a notice that the customs form (amazon had provided) wasn't adequate. Having spent money to ship it once already, I ended up throwing it away.

Great lock and because of the combination its so convenient without messy keys to remember. Chain is really string so you fell your bike is always safe!

I am using this chain as my main chain for my bike for months and it is very strong. The lock is also easy to handle and you can set a new numeric code in ten seconds if you have too. It came in a reusable pouch and had a thank you letter from the company which gives them points in the communication department :)

Easy to set up. Looks strong chain, but lock itself is plastic one. So not sure how secure is it.
