Can hear fine. The cord needs to be longer so that the 2 way can rest on the waist and the ear piece can go in the ear and the button can be in the hand area.

The fit has been difficult. You really have to work with it to get comfortable and make it stay. The sound is better then the ear buds, but if you can’t get it in just right without moving it’s difficult to hear. Also make sure if you get a second set of walkies, they won't work together.

Earpiece hurts ear after an hour or two. Tube connection brakes after about two months' use.

These earpieces are more comfortable then the other earpieces. The only thing is that the clear plastic tends to be a little big for our office ears. Other than that these are great!

I bought a two pack of the walkies (Arcshell AR-5) for my church; since we have more than 2 users, I bought this pack of earpieces so each user can have their own. For me, the earpiece works better on my right side. The sound is clear and I'm very happy with this purchase.. I wish there was an option to buy fewer: 10 is too many. Customer service at Arcshell is AWESOME.

Some of the earpieces were harder to hear out of than others, but overall this is a great addition to our safety system. Each employee now has their own earpiece.

it’s a quality product from the looks and durable, but the sound quality and mic is not that great

They worked okay but the mics picked up literally everything. We couldn’t hear the person talking because it picked up all of the background noise/orchestra music.
