Best Colomba Ever
I lived in Italy for a year and was good friends with a guy whose family ran a bakery. I was invited over to their place around Easter time, and it wasn't a Colomba from his own fathers' bakery that was on the table but this one from Biasetto. Yes- an Italian from a family of bakers chose THIS Colomba over his own fathers!!! Ever other one I've tried just doesn't compare. This is simply the best Colomba you can possibly buy, both in Italy and in the US. The fact that you can get this shipped over to the US and be in absolutely perfect condition upon arrival is astounding. The packaging is simple and elegant, not over the top. It even has these cute little carrying handles. Stop doing your Colomba research, because this is the one.

The package arrived the day after I placed my order, and the box was in pristine condition. The cake? Wow. Out of this world. I served it as a dessert at a dinner party, and everybody loved it. Fragrant, moist, just delicious. Best Colomba ever!

Best colomba I ever had
This colomba is incredible. The aroma of butter when you open it is sublime. If you warm it a little bit in the oven it will get softer and it will taste even better because the butter will melt a little bit. Very recommended.

Lots of colomba
There are lots of colomba on offer, but none are near as good as Gustiamo's by Biasetto, the master baker. Light as a feather. I've been lucky to have been to his shop in Padua. He's the king.

Heavenly Colomba
As soon as this Colomba shows up, the room fills with incredible aromas. Open the elegant box and it feels like you’re in an Italian pastry shop. We shared this Colomba with friends, after dinner AND for breakfast the next day. It’s incredible! Fluffy, rich, not overly sweet and full of real candied oranges that are very very juicy. It’s a Spring/Easter gift that definitely cheered up all our family!
