Really good overall and excellent value for money. The size of the capsules is medium so not too intense to swallow! The 8mg may be on the higher side of what’s reccomend for anti aging. But I tend to divide it so that I get around 2-3mg. While the product is good- the evidence of this working is debated. I don’t feel anything quite yet but I’ll have to wait and watch. The packaging feels a tiny bit cheap but you definitely get what you pay for and perhaps a bit more. Just bear in mind that if you have gluten intolerance this may trigger it slightly- as it did for me- it depends on your individual sensitivity.

I bought this after the amazing Liz Earle said it is a key supplement she takes at night. I have only just started taking this but have read about spermadine’s benefits as you get older and I am sold. This was also a decent piece for this supplement.
