This litter tray is fantastic, great price, easy to pop together and to take apart for when you need to scoop out the poops. Traps the smell very well and has solved my cat's little "kicking litter as far across the room as possible" problem.Unfortunately, my cat isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. She can't work out for love nor money how to get out the tray. I have tried leaving the door open but she insists on shutting herself in and wriggling out the top. However, my lovely little cat's low IQ is not the fault of the seller or the product, so it's 5 stars from me.

The first time I ordered this product, it arrived damaged. I was in a hurry to replace it as my kitten was due to arrive in 4 days. I let the seller know and they sent me a brand new one out next day!Brilliant service from the seller and the product was good quality, it was just a shame one of the clasps snapped off!Would buy from them again and this litter tray never lets any odour out. It's big enough for my adult cat and shes happy to scratch away on there! The door being see through allows you to easily notice if the tray is too full. Its also very easy to assemble and comes with a material filter which can be removed and washed so you can add your own fragrance too!

Great for the kitten but our older cat will absolutely NOT entertain it! Tried removing door and getting her used to going in/out but she point blank refuses to use it when the lid is on so have reverted back to using just the base (which is great as it’s very large and deep so reduces mess)Easy to assemble *make sure to click the sides on properly*Easy to clean *tip - wood chip litter is much easier to clean and smells better than the white stuff :-)A great item, just unfortunate that my older cat won’t use it. Kitten however mastered it within seconds and had no trouble/issues with using it

I couldn't cope with cat litter being spread far and wide, so ordered this.Initially I was worried my 2 relatively new-to-me rescue cats would ignore this new-fangled litter tray, so much so that I blocked the swing flap open the first night. But one used it no problem. And even the other cat, who is very nervous started using it within a day or so.The lid seems quite flimsy, but it does not matter as it is only there to stop the litter going everywhere, not to carry anything around by.The deodorant filter? I have no idea if it works or not. I have a very sensitive nose and so have invested in an additional one which sticks to the roof of the litter tray.Overall I am really pleased I got this tray. They still bring odd bits of litter out on their feet, but that's not the fault of the tray.

Decent sized tray. Can be a bit fiddly taking the lid off but it’s just because it’s clicked in well! The flap is easy to remove for quick cleaning though which is very helpful.I had an issue with one lid not being delivered but I contacted the seller and they sent me another right away. Very pleased.

The box came quickly, before expected. Quite a large box, both my full grown rag dolls fit inside the box fine, with enough space to do their thing and then create a mountain of litter inside it.However, the flap broke within the first 2 weeks, i contacted the seller and they said they were going to send a replacement flap.. it’s been a month and we’re still waiting for it. We’ve give up contacting them, and going to order a different one.

Our kitten considering it was so tiny managed to scatter half the contents of its tray over the floor! She was in our bedroom so waking up in the night for the loo meant you’d be hopping round in the dark because some of the litter had got in your slippers !! Also her poops were like weapons of mass destruction!This is very neat and absorbs some of the pong but unfortunately our kitty needs the flap held open with a clothes peg because she won’t push the flap!!Easy to clean ,no more carpet of grit and privacy for puss !!

The flap getting in brake easily compared to other but it does the job and is a good litter tray.

Je suis déçu de mon achat!!! j’ai reçu une litière cassé à plusieurs endroit!!! et cela ne vient pas de la livraison car je n’ai pas retrouvé les morceaux de plastique Dans le carton!!!! J’ai comme même déboursé 19,26€ pour une litière cassé même une litière d’occ Aurait était mieux!
