The product is not good enough it barely collects water. I have another bigger machine from another brand and the difference between both is huge in terms of performance and quality.

I bought this dehumidifier for my bathroom because I have to keep the door closed. My cats have a habit of getting into the toilet paper, so leaving the door open was not an option. Unfortunately, that started causing humidity issues after showers. This dehumidifier completely solved the problem. It pulls moisture out effectively and keeps the bathroom feeling fresh without that damp, heavy air. It is very easy to use, and the size is perfect for a smaller space like a bathroom. The sleep mode and timer features are convenient, and it runs quietly, which I appreciate. The build feels durable and well made, and it has been working consistently without any issues. For the price, it is absolutely worth the money. I am very happy with this purchase.

Tried using this in a 40 Sq ft closed room. No effect even after hours.

1st of all, the dehumidifier works really well. We live in a high-humidity area, and use this dehumidifier in our bathroom to avoid the chance of mold, etc. Works right out of the box. It's easy to use, and shortly after you turn it on it starts collecting water. Has 2 power-levels, a timer, plus a very nice lighting effect. It's portable, not too big, not loud, and fits really well in our space. In addition, we had an issue with our 1st unit; we contacted the support department, and the representative was prompt and super-professional; she had a brand-new unit sent to us; we received it within 1 week after contacting the team. Excellent customer service!

Works very well! Not too loud, just a little hum in the background. And doesn't take up much space in our RV. Lights can be turned off. Glows red and turns off when full.

Customer service reached out to me based on my feedback and sent me a new humidifier at no cost. Happy to have a working machine again. Grateful for the kind customer support. Worked great for a year, no longer doing anything to remove moisture from the air. For the first year, I was emptying the water tank every few days. It’s in our humid bathroom that has no proper ventilation. Around the start of this year, it stopped being effective. It’s on 24-7 and the water tank doesn’t fill. The air is humid, the machine is just no longer effective. Will have to try and they brand. Waste of $60 for a machine that only worked for a year.
