does its JOB!! LUV it !!
It gives you the hour glass figure!! I really like it. I needed a 3XL (42) I paid $110 for vest. It fits really well. But for me to waist train I may have needed a 2XL. It is very tight but not uncomfortable tight. I can breathe in it just fine. The problem was I brought the vest 1st and I wear t-shirts and jeans to work every day. So I looked ridiculous because the vest pushes your boobs up very HIGH- it's only for dressy casual attire. I didn't really have back fat in the vest but in middle of my back it was a small lump, not very noticeable with shirts that are not tight. So I ended up having to buy a second corset, which was NOT a vest (I paid $80). It does not push up your breast and I can wear it under my t-shirts and look natural and smaller. I am 230lbs and 5'7. I could have gone down a size but was to scare to buy b/c the prices are too expensive to play with. I have a big stomach and this thing works miracles. Just wish it was a little tighter for waist training but the next one I order will be smaller-FYI , I measured myself at 42 so I ordered a 42

Love it...here are some tips :)
Looveee this product. It is made of extremely study, solid material. It is nice and tight but not painfully so. Let me help you ladies out by giving some tips: 1. Measure your stomach at it's largest area...not from the smallest area of your waist. Example..the smallest point of my waist is a 32..but my lower stomach ( due to love handles) is a 37-ish but My stomach in the front is flat. I ordered a 32 and of course...had to exchange for a 38 because my smallest point at the waist was different from the peaks of my love handles :). 2.Apply a light oil that is readily absorbent ( such as sunflower oil) on your shoulders where the straps will rest to avoid bruising. because the material is so study, it does not budge or shift so when you move the movement of your straps can be abrasive to the skin and leave bruises. rub burn. 3.(concerning driving) If you are short like me,chances are your waist trainer will reach down your hips, above your butt, and right above your feminine area..This will cause your waist trainer to bulge, flip, and bind from the waist, up to the belly button which makes this extremely uncomfortable to wear while driving, especially with the boning placed along the sides of your back. Simply avoid wearing this if you must drive and you experience this sitting down. It does NOT get better quickly lol and the straps hurt even more. 4.Eating with this on is perfectly fine. I didn't experience any discomfort before, during, or after consuming a regular sized meal. 5.Exercising- I enjoy exercising with this on as long as I am in an upright position. ex. walking/running (yes my stomach can expand to breathe)...weight training( it does a GREAT job keeping my back erect and supported. 6. Underneath semi-tight fitting clothing, the grooves of the clasps do not show through my tank tops..however I think it would show on a tight fitting body-con type of dress..also I would avoid tight fitting dresses all together because the bottom of the waist trainer has bulky bits from where the boning is placed that will absolutely show through that dress and the world will know you're wearing a trainer :) 7.Bras- Wear a thin...wireless...small seam cotton..lace or satin type of bra..because the waist trainer will absolutely grind the edging of ur bra into ur skin..causing major discomfort and bruises. This thing pushes ur breasts UP! you won't need any extra support or push up effect. 8.Material-Latex which IS rubber. latex is a type of rubber..if you work out in this you can expect to smell of hot rubber for a while until you get to take it off and air it out. I just received mine not long ago and havent had to wash it yet...maybe I'll update this review when I do. *** if you have an allergy or aversion to latex then of course this vest will eat at you. 9. Putting it on..I have large breasts so I understand the instinct of leaving forward to look down to secure the clasps..But Do Not leave forward when putting this one..stand up perfectly straight, otherwise when you stand back up, your body fat (especially the back fat) will either sit on top of or underneath the natural curve of the boning in place..which HURTS...because its meant to correct and be structured..youre body will be pinched.

This vest is awesome if you want to reshape your body.
I never leave feedback but this vest is so awesome that I just had to let everyone know. I weigh 151 pounds so I bought the medium and have been wearing it for 5 days now. It took me 30 minutes to put it on the first time and I sweated bullets but I am so glad I did not give up. I thought I was going to have to return it because it did not fit but it did; it was much easier putting it on the second time around. This vest flattens your belly and straightens your back; I walk straighter and there are no rolls hanging over my bra line. My breasts are higher and seem bigger. Because it is so tight I can only eat small portion meals which means I will lose weight (hopefully). I wear it at least 10 hours a day but go longer when I can. I have not been able to sleep with it on but wish I could. I will definitely buy a size small as soon as I can get the vest hooked on the second row of hooks on the one I have now. FYI: I have an apple shape (the worst) so even though I was borderline on the size chart I am glad I went with the medium. The small would have never fit even though the difference was only 2 pounds over.

My New Wardrobe Staple
I brought this to help in my weight loss. I did not purchase this in regards to trimming my stomach and waist per say. I brought this cincher to target the small area right above the top of the hip bone and right below the natural waist. Though its small concern, its what I consider my 'problem area'. I went with the vest because of previous experience with cinchers that weren't long enough for the area I was looking to target AND come up to or even under the back bra strap. I also liked the idea of targeting that stubborn back area right where the bra strap hits giving us that dreaded 'back fat' look. I read the reviews and the decided to order according the sizing chart for this item. With that said, I'm not sure if my cincher is too big than intended or if its I'm well versed in hooking multiple eyelets! (my bras usually have three-four eyelets to hook). According to the sizing chart I fell at the tail end of a medium but at the very beginning of a large depending if I went by waist measurement or hip. I erred on the safe side and went with the larger size (large). Aside from not being able to see the hooks under my boobs, the first time I put it on I was able to easily hook it on the 1st set of eyelets. Since the 2nd day I have worn the vest on the 2nd set of eyelets comfortably. I've had it for close to seven days and I've worn it most of time since I've received it. I will say that this far surpasses a normal workout 'girdle' or 'sweat belt' as its usually known. I find it to be quite comfortable. The interior is soft, with a latex exterior that looks, well, like the picture! I use my vest as a foundation garment: kind of like my bra, I don't leave home with out it on. I have slept in my vest, woken up, worn it all day at work and have even worked out it in. It is WELL MADE and of sturdy construction. The eyelets on this thing are two steps above the eyelets you would find on a good bra; industrial is the word that comes to mind! I think I should have gotten the smaller size. While it corrects my posture and I sweat with it on, its minimal and not all over. I'm aware that I have it on though its quite comfortable but again, this may be due to the fact that I should have gotten the smaller size. Reading the reviews and feedback, I think I should have had more difficulty getting it on, I should have had to wear it on the 1st eyelet longer and most importantly, I should have a much more dramatic cincher effect! For me it may only reduce my waistline by a little less than half an inch; though the other two areas are by about an inch, which is what I'm trying to lose. So visually, with one exception (later on that) I look the same. I feel perspiration in the 2-inches of area right below my shoulder blades which was a target area for me. Though I seemingly should have returned it for the smaller size, I'm happy with the large because I can wear it all day, it does its job for my personal target areas (though not my stomach) and I can work out in it. When I work out in it I have improved running posture, the vest boosts thermal activity throughout the back of my entire upper body and the problem area above my hips below my waist. Why not five stars? The downside to this vest for me is the "gentle under bust lift". Having large breasts I thought this could only be a good thing. WRONG! For me, the lift is not "gentle"; its DRAMATIC!!! I wear a 34DDD, and while the girls aren't as perky as they used to be, sag is not really an issue for me. When I tried on the vest, I had on my everyday (ugly) bra, that supports by re-distributing some of the weight of boobs (which are heavy) from my shoulders. The vest puts the girls on my neck!! So has every bra I own. Not a good look. I've been wearing a microfiber sports bra instead of an actual bra. One of those $5.00 dealies that offer no support; just are pretty much a cropped tank top? Yes, one of those. The vest makes me look like I have a VS Water Bra on; cleavage for days! The other down size is that its not seamless. For me personally, and much emphasis on because of the sizing issue, the boning sometimes (slightly) bulges in weird places. And that may because after the it passes my underbust, there is about a half-inch of space until the top of hips. To its credit, even with its industrial eyelet closure and latex exterior, its pretty damn close to seamless! I've worn a few seamless shirts and just layered a tank under; you can't tell I have anything on. *see notation on the lack of dramatic effect* It should go without saying that the vest isn't as versatile as just the waist cincher for certain tops and dresses, but for me that's not a deal breaker. All that said and my poor sizing choice aside, if I could I'd give it four and a half stars. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking to streamline their curves for a night and/or on an ongoing basis! I would recommend that you keep the tags on for a few wears (I didn't) in case you find you need to exchange for a smaller size. I'm looking forward to my delivery of the classic waist cincher; in a smaller size of course!

Follow the fit guide and prepare to be squeezed - I have an athletic build and this gives you curves
I am 5' 4" weigh 149.5 lbs and I have an athletic build. I am fairly toned but have a little back bulge. I have a short waist. The Medium fit snugly on the first set of hook and eye closures. That way you can judge by the measurements. I used a tape measure. I had a hard time getting into this the first time. It is rubber/thick latex does not give much. I have had it for over two months and this is truly a waist trainer. It will not flatten your tummy. I purchased the medium and it fit very tightly and I believe that is the way it is intended to do. It really pulls in your waist and if you have a fuller bust the girls get pushed up ALOT so you may not look as svelte as the model does. The model depicted appears to be a smaller frame, with a small waist already and has a long torso so it fits her better and her bust isn't spilling because more than likely she is not wearing a garment to squeeze as much as most purchasers. In real life I ordered the vest instead of just the waist cincher because I was afraid of bulging back fat. I am not extremely big or over weight but I lack a lot of muscle tone along the middle of my back along the sides and KNOW that it will create an unwanted bulge underneath clothing. I wear a padded push up bra and it make the bra gap because it changed my underbust measurements so be prepared for than. When I wore it to the office under my dresses it did give me an hour glass appearance but it does not flatten your tummy. Your tummy will smooth with a rounded appearance. Wearing the vest made me sit taller, my waist noticeably smaller and my back fat was smooth not spilling. I had some irritation underneath my right arm (I think from using the mouse), it buckled a little along my rib cage because it is a little long for me (I sometimes get pain underneath my breastbone and wearing it while I was driving was uncomfortable at the time), it rubbed a little on the front of my hip and those are the predominant reasons why I stop wearing it. I wore it consistently everyday except weekends for over a month to work and also worked out in it at the gym. As I mentioned before tt was hard to get on the first couple of times until I got the hang of it. For me I bend at the waist and hold each end of it to get some muscle and as I come up I hold my self in and pull it out just enough to get one hook it into the other side some where near the center. Then I match them up at the bottom and the top and reinsert the mismatched hooks. Most times I never hook the right eye so I color coded mine with nail polish so I now where each hook matches perfectly the first time. This saves time and energy I haven't worn it in a while s only because I had been training at the gym after work and it was causing irritation around my underarm. Since my purchase I have managed to lose 5lbs so I hope it will feel a little better when I put it on again and I wholeheartedly believe that if you wear it on a consistent basis you will get a smaller waist line and I think it would work just as well if you ordered a size up if you are not in the process of losing weight like I am. This company also makes undergarments and I am more interested in those for creating a smooth silhouette and for the time being I am not giving up on this vest. But in the future I will order the waist trainer along because of the irritation I experienced under my arm.

OMG! Perfection BUY IT NOW!
I got this product last night and I am in love! I am 5'5' 240 pounds, I carry alot of weight in my midsection, I measure about 42 inched, I have hips and butt, and I ordered the XXL. Other products like this tend to roll up around the low waist or get bunched up in the small of my back, this one doesn't! At first I thought it was too small and it was very hard to get on the first time, but remember it is latex and it stretches. So take a deep, breathe, work them arms, pull, and hook it together! I started with the top hook, then put my fingers under the top part of the vest under my breast, kind of, and scrunched the material (it flexes) then started working my way down. It closed completely and it held everything in. This can become addicting! I looked fabulous! I took it off to run some arrands. That night I put some abolene on my midsection and slept in it, but becasue it was my first time wearing it I got to hot so I had to take it off. I will try it again tonight and will wear it all weekend. Then I will start to wear it all day at work once I get more comfortable with it. I am thinking about just getting the wrap around cincher vs. the vest. OMG this is the start of something great. I now understand the obession of people who corset train.

Sizes are confusing
This latex vest is very well made. However, the sizing is very frustrating for me. I am 5'4", about 130 lbs. Not sure which size to get - M is too small and L is too big. I purchased the Medium 34, and it was really tight and it made my waist look almost too small and my boobs are pushed way too high to look normal. I could not wear it for too long as the straps were digging into my shoulders and the skin above my armpits. After 3 hrs of wear, I had red streaks around my shoulder and the front of my armpits were beyond sore. The problem - straps were too short! As such, I went ahead and bought the Large 36. While the straps work well and were very comfortable, the entire vest was too big. It was comfortably snug at the 2nd hooks and made me look better (smoother) but not slimmer. It was not tight for cinching purposes. Between my shoulder blades, it actually felt loose because it was a little big for me, but the straps were sized better. I think this problem would have been eliminated if the straps were adjustable and if the difference between M and L wash't so drastic. I'm of average height and the straps are too short. I can't imagine the medium fitting someone who is taller.

SIZE MATTERs
It definitely squeezes you in. It has an ashy black appearance and the latex smells like a balloon. (I'd recommend washing /soaking in vinegar and water before wearing to avoid smelling like plastic) I bought the 34... it was too small the first two days, but I was able to close all the tiny corset hooks with deep inhales. I have a short torso big behind so initially the back would roll up when I would sit and I would have to readjust it occasionally throughout the day. I went to a Zumba class and it stayed on but would roll up to the very center of my back and was painful when doing the stretches because it was rolled up and the metal boning was in the center of spine. I did see results even with the fact i knew it was a bit small. After wearing for a few days it did shrink me down but you always can tell if someone is wearing restricted under garments or maybe that is my own paranoia. If it squeezes one place there will be spillage else where so although my waist was snatched in.... the fat just bubbled to my arms (you KNOW the look) After wearing for a few days it fits comfortably and doesn't roll up anymore so I know it is doing what it is meant to do, but it can leave you a bit sore if you are new to cinching. CLEANING I wore it a couple day in a row (not my Zumba day) and it did not hold any odor but after Zumba class I hand washed it and let it air dry out. but then I couldn't wear it for about a day. I would recommend purchasing two or more of these waist cinchers especially if you are actively exercising and training to reshape your core
