It is healthier than Splenda (sucralose) according to my research (Google & ChatGPT--thank you!). It's diabetic friendly. It barely has an after taste. What it does have is usually unnoticeable. If you get anything at all, it's a tiny hint of fruit. It is not bitter. This mix seems to measure about the same as sugar.This is a mix of allulose and monk fruit. And nothing else. According to my research: both are natural. Monk fruit has no impact on blood sugar; allulose only has minimal impact. Both are described as having no aftertaste, and for the most part I do agree with that (way better than Stevia!!).Monk fruit has about 200x the sweetness of sugar--which is why they cut it with Allulose. Allulose has about 70% of the sweetness of sugar--which is why they add a wee bit o' monk fruit!Everybody has a different preference for sugar substitutes. For someone who is trying to cut back on sugar--this is definitely worth a try.

This is a high quality item with no fillers: just monk fruit and allulose. I will absolutely buy this again. Great alternative to cane sugar or even Splenda.

I give it 4 stars because the bag says "Granulated", but it's a fine powder that's gritty. Other than that, the sweetness is as described with very slight aftertaste. Stevia aftertaste explodes in my mouth compared to this. I like the monk fruit blend over the straight allulose.

Much better than Lakanto allulose/monk fruit. I'll be going back to it.

First of all I ordered this item on 10/01/2024. I received this item on 11/20/2024. This item usually is granulated allulose but it was clumped into several rock-like clumps. I tried to take these clumps and break them up but it was obvious there were some sort of moisture intrusion that caused this. These clumps made it impossible to get good measurements for use in recipes, and the taste was not normal.TERRIBLEI usually like this brand of allulose with monk fruit extract and because I was waiting so long for this item, I ordered two more bags while waiting for this one to arrive, so I would not run out again. Now I'm afraid that when I receive this new order, the allulose will be unusable like this one. I recommend that you seek a different brand.

This measures like regular sugar with no after taste. It has no ingredients that could cause health issues. Good for baking or sprinkling on fruit or cereal.
