The blown up picture of the lock makes it appear like it is a more substantial lock. The lock is tiny, like a toy lock that could be sprung with a screwdriver alone. The cover itself is typical and compared to other covers, it is nothing special. I examined a car cover at Dirt Cheap that was selling for about $11, but was the wrong size for my car. This cover is thicker, but for the price I question the value. I am considering a return.

Pros: Material is good. Fits a BMW 530e well. Can fit this on the car without any help. Have covered covered the car for about 20 - 25 days and it still looks new (not fading from the Sun) or breaking apart.Cons: A bit bulky and doesn't lend to folding. A little hard to stuff back into the provided bag - I've needed another person's help. Not sure how effective it is in blocking heat - it is a medium grey color on the outside.

I’m not an expert on car covers, but based on reviews this one seemed worth the extra dough over other car covers. My husband put it over our 1988 Cadillac Brougham that was a bit of an eyesore and now it looks like there’s something special under there, instead of a sun-faded old beast with a shredded landau top. My hubby said, “Wow, that’s a nice car cover,” like I was a super genius AND sexy shopper, so I guess it actually was worth the extra $$$. Our car is 22 feet long, and that is definitely the the maximum length this will cover. My husband put it on backwards and that seemed to fit it just right for some reason.

Snug fit, but, as you can see from the photo, much of the cover is a single “I can see daylight” layer. There is a second layer running down the center. Very disappointed, but, unfortunately, I missed the official return window.

I am using the cover to both shade and keep rain out of a 1963 Ford Thunderbird convertible. So far it has worked great through several bad storms and scorching heat. It is a perfect fit for this vehicle. Very pleased with the performance so far.

I received the car cover the same day I picked up my car. I could've gone with the smaller size, but since the car is inside I'd rather have the larger cover giving more room to breath. Very happy with the cover.Thank you.

Light weight piece of garbage this does not have six layers except in the center not heavy enough for a wind not to take it off Velcro straps will scratch paint

Over fits well. In the add it said water proof. That is not totally true. Water does get onto my 75 Chevy convertible. The top is not in great shape so it is important that it keep my car dry. I have to tarp my top under my new car cover.
