Better than a chamois
These are great for drying your vehicle. They are better than a chamois and you can wring them out. They are great for drying windows too.

BEST CHAMOIS ON THE MARKET
I have been cleaning cars for more years than I wish to imagine......and this is ABSOLUTELY the best chamois I have ever used; will recommend it to all my friends---have already purchased a few extra to give to friends.

It works, but poorly
The first time I used this chamois, it worked...horribly. It did soak up water, but it also left streaks/spots to dry all over my windows and paint. Maybe it smeared things overall, so it's pretty disappointing compared to a chamois I've had for years. Maybe with more use it will start to work better, at which point I'll consider coming back to update this review. But as of now, I wouldn't recommend this as a purchase if you want your car to be dried spot-free.

excellent product.
I bought the Absorber at Wally World and the Microtex Chamois is just like the, "Absorber," PVA drying cloth but less expensive, 5 dollars less than Wally World and It's also the same size as the Absorber. I plain to use the Microtex one as a camp towel, I think it would work great to use after a shower, bath, and during hiking to keep cool. I also will use it for keeping me cool when I ride my motorcycle or bicycle in warm or hot weather. I have kept it in the container slightly damp for 10 days and it still is damp and cool. It doesn't have any sign of mold or mildew or smell of either one. I recommend this to anyone.

HMMMMM......
So I decided to buy this item on impulse (if impulses take 30 minutes). I purchased an item that sounded like this about 10 yrs ago, for about $5. Well......This ain't it. Not as thick as before, but hey, technology only improves, right? So, I'll see, gonna try this out. Kinda chemical stinky, but that should come out with use. I might update after I get some test use out of this.
