This is my go to Cal-Mag formula! Especially pleasing taste for seniors who get relief from pain, tingling or cramps in legs.

This stuff is decent. There is something about it that I don’t really love about it so it’s not my first go-to as far as calmag. My friend however swears by it.

This CalMag is the real deal. I'm a health author and have tested hundreds of health supplements and many CalMag products.Ionic minerals are where it's at when it comes to absorption and efficacy. Mineral supplements in capsule and tablet form pale in comparison.Concentrace liquid is great and I use it every day in my drinking water, but to get a high dose of calcium from Concentrace would be difficult as it tastes awful and loosens the bowels.I've tried other calmag powders that fizz into an ionic form, but they either taste sour, or have high glycemic sweeteners (which spikes insulin--not good) or don't fully dissolve.Sunshine CalMag-C is the best of the lot. It tastes great (with a few drops of flavored or plane stevia liquid) and fully dissolves. If you've ever seen the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" where the father uses windex for healing everything - well this product actually does that. I got this when I was training to participate in my first sprint triathalon - it helped ease my muscle pain instaneously. I was not aware it helped with sleeping - but started noticing on the days I took it to help with muscle soreness from over exercising, I slept incredibly well. Now if I'm having any type of issues with sleeping, I do a small shot of this. It works that well. I read somewhere as a cure all when traveling, bring some magnesium with you - well now I just bring my Cal Mag with me. I can't say enough good things about this - seriously give it a shot - I was amazed how well it has helped me stay in peak performing condition. I travel extensively for work and have a very demanding lifestyle - it's a total godsend and I don't even know how I stumbled upon this in the first place.....

Best Cal-Mag Ever

I had to mix this with tea to get it to be palatable. Wish it had more of a lemon flavor that would let it stand on it’s own when mixed with water.
