Love this stuff. Our baby seems to prefer the zinc oxide creams vs the petroleum based. We haven't gotten any diaper rash since using this. We use a combination of this and Dr Smiths. I like that this has calamine in it to help sooth baby's bottom, the Dr Smith one has lanolin to nourish the oils in the skin from all the wiping, etc. There's no need to use the more expensive creams unless the baby has bad rash, which should probably consulted with a doctor anyway. This also smells pretty good too.One key is to allow the baby bottom to air out during diaper changes before putting any of these. We also use Mustela PhysiObebe No Rinse cleaner to wipe once a day or so to keep the bottom clean and smelling nice between baths and then put the cream on afterwards.

I found this baby cream perfect for my needs as I have tender skin, too! The calamine in the cream is helpful in soothing irritated skin and the soft fragrance is a plus. I have used this for several years and find it is the best product for me.

Did I mention that I love this stuff? My son made it 3.5 months without diaper rash but when he got a stomach bug his poor little bum was super red. I tried plain zinc oxide and it wasn't working. But my sister swears by this stuff so I gave it a try and his rash was gone in 2 days. I use it everyday now it to prevent a recurrence. Best diaper rash cream I have used! I absolutely love this cream... I have used it on my toddler since she was a newborn- she was allergic to Destin and any other cream I tried. This cream has a pleasant smell and goes on super easy but comes off my hands wash with a wipe. It dries up whatever rash my toddler has within no time at all. Now I use it on our newborn and it is helping with the heat rash she gets from time to time.

No, I do not have a baby, but my husband is paralyzed on one side and I used it for his bedsores and other itchies. It calms the itching and promotes healing in not only the diaper areas, but also underarms and other sweaty areas. It has calamine in the ingredients so it relieves itching. I only wish I could get this product in very large tubes. I highly recommend this cream and also the powder.

This stuff is amazing! My grand-daughter had a terrible diaper rash; to the point she would cry when she wet her diaper. A combo of rinsing her bottom with warm water, pattin dry, and applying this, and she healed up quickly.I have long been a fan of the MonkeyButt powder for my husband and sons (they work outside year-round), but was still pleasantly surprised at how well this cream works.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I haven't yet tried this product on my son. It came recommended from a friend, but I was disappointed today when my order came and there was only one tube and I ordered a 2 pack.

I do a lot of walking for my job and tend to get a little irritation so I gave this product a try and it works great. The only downfall is when you sweat and wear light color clothing it will leave a stain, I found that out after multiple used and washes of the clothing; then noticed what looked like a wet spot on my rear. once that happens the stain is permanent.
