Worked like a CHAAAAAAARM!
Beautiful. Came with the alan wrench needed to drive it into the wood. Also came with the drill bit that's the perfect size for them. Just drill the hole, grab an insert and drive it in with the alan wrench. Couldn't be any more simple than that. Has a very strong connection when testing with the 1/4" -20 threaded bolts I purchased with them. I build custom furniture and I use these for the the parts that the customer has to assemble themselves. They just line up the pieces and screw together with an included alan wrench. This allows for smaller boxes and lower shipping costs. Not only do these work great, they look great - professional, even though the parts that use these aren't visible in the end. But to the customer putting the thing together, it looks good.

Hex drive is perfect to get it in straight
I bought these after using some from the local hardware (4 of them cost the same as the pack of 80). What I love about these is the hex drive, it was easy to keep them straight as they screwed in. The store bought ones I compared them to were to be driven in with a big flathead screwdriver which kept slipping and wouldn't keep them going in at 90. I had to use a hammer to straighten them half way in. These without much effort were able to be driven straight in and keep everything a little less damaged and so very tight with a dab of epoxy that I used to keep them in for longevity. Not to mention for the same price I get way more than I needed to dream up more projects to use them on.

Great anchors, you’ll want a better Allen wrench
These inserts worked great for me on a recent project. It was my first time to use them. The drill bit that comes with them was fine. The Allen wrench, well, not so good. You’ll definitely want to have a better 6 Allen wrench on hand - something with a longer handle for more leverage, and made from better metal so it doesn’t strip out.

Nice kit for the price.
Purchasing these at the local hardware store would have cost much more than the cost of the entire kit. Dill bit and Allen wrench very nice addition. Put a depth stop collar on bit and have drilled 8 holes so far without an issue. Inserting the inserts with the Allen wrench, I was able to get them nice and flush. The plastic box keeps them all contained, would definitely purchase the kit again, even with duplicate bit and wrench. Great value for cost!
