I received the Appam Pan yesterday, three days after the promised day. To my biggest disappointment two silicon holders are missing.

Outstanding product, it's got very smooth finish that makes it easy to remove cooked food. Not too heavy or light, heats up quickly. Just note, while cooking omlette or bulls eye, let it cool before you take them out. Cooling makes food seperate from its surface. Slightly pricier, but worth every rupee.

Good product, however I wish they had given wooden handles, as it difficult to pick up the tawa to spread the appam.

The product seems good , but recieved the package with broken lid handle. The quality of material used in the handle seems not to be good. Please use a better quality material. I'm returning the product and requesting for a replacement. Writing after I got the replacement order, I received the package and the lid handle is broken again into multiple peices. Really disappointed with the quality of handles . This issue I feel because of the poor packing. The box had a bubble wrap in the bottom of the box. It wasn't used to cover any product. The pan was on top of it. And on the top of pan is the lid . And there was a lot of space left in the box too. The product will be moving while transit and people handling it and this might be the reason to break . Adding more bubble wraps or individually wrapping products in bubble wraps might solve this issue of breaking. I wished to use the pan but I'm highly disappointed. I'll buy another Brand pan.

A good kadai, an ideal addition to healthy cooking. Easy to handle if maintained with regular care after each use. Would be great if it came with heat proof handle accessory
