What did I like about this product? Everything, there was nothing I dislike about this product. And my body has pains. But I didn't take it for pain but for better health, immune system, and overall health.

I am amazed at the results. I have had joint pain in my uppper arm/shoulder which was x-rayed and diagonosed as arthrits. I have had 2 injections in that should/arm. After taking this supplement-- I have had so much relief. I would recommend this product. I could not wash my hair, or lift my arm very high. I have had an increase in mobility and very little pain since taking this.

It's too early to tell if it's working. I don't expect dramatic miraculous results, so I would rather wait a little while before giving a real review. So far can't tell much difference, but I know I might be much worse without it.

When I first opened the package, I discovered an small unsewed place along the waist seam. Not a big problem. I got out my needle and thread and took care of it. Other than that, I really like them. They'll get lots of wear for sure.

I start using this product to control inflamacion it work excellent I substitute ibuprofen that cause liver damage with this product thank you

I have taken Tumeric for over 2 years and I read that adding ginger would help with the inflammation and pain I have in my hands. After taking this product for didn't months I saw no change, so for me it work

to sum it up it makes me feel good all over. kinda like when you wake up in the am and feel like crap until you get coffee. this stuff i just wake up and dont feel like that. Good product!

I started a low histamine diet 11 months ago because I had recurring lip swelling (3years) and had no actual allergies, according to an allergy test. Daily ginger, garlic and turmeric are part of my low histamine daily diet (along with avoiding certain foods such as pineapple, leftovers, eggplant and citrus), but I don’t like the taste of turmeric, so these pills are perfect! They have an interesting smell, but I don’t mind it. 3 months into the diet, my recurrent lip swelling stopped altogether. My skin condition improved, and the bloating in my lower belly reduced significantly. Having done the research, perimenopausal women (hormone changes) can experience inflammation, and I highly recommend a low histamine diet. (I’ve layered in a Mediterranean diet with it now). These supplements have been instrumental. Great product. They must work, because they’ve helped me. I’m on my 3rd bottle.
