If you are looking for just a basic timeclock, DO not buy this item.Everything that we set it on, it changes times and dates shortly after.It also playes an annoying sound all day long, which we did not set it to do.

I should’ve listened to the horrible reviews and moved on. Defective!! I followed the instructions but it still will not switch and print the time in the standard 12 hr mode. It will only print in the 24 hour mode no matter what the clock says. Ridiculous. I even sent a message asking for help & all I got in return was reprint from the manual! I already did it right the machine is broken!! What a waste! Very disappointed

It worked for one week, now if you program in in the correct date you cant feed in the time card.Instructions are poor. The Alarm goes off every hour and cannot be turned off.It only prints in red, the black ink can not be programmed .You can't alter the printing position on the card now matter which value you place in the programming mode.The list goes on....Don't waste your money.

Apparently you have to be a genius to set this thing up. Had several people try to no avail. Way too many steps to even begin to want to ever try again. Returned it for a refund.

Total waste of money. very complicated to program and adjust settings.
