It’s a very good in help full product for kids and its movement and sound quality is also good. It is value for money.

Not working and need yearly subscription and this not fair

I have never been so embarrassed by a christmas gift as i was tonight. What a nightmare these robots are, two very tech savvy people couldn't get them up and running, seemed all they want is more money to purchase parental software or the companion app. These pieces of junk need to be returned, our poor grandkids were heartbroken.
