These are absolutely terrible. They rip and tear so easily. I wanted to cut down on the amount of plastic I use since I go through numerous poop bags a day due to having 2 big dogs and was willing to spend extra money. However, with how expensive they are and I’ve already gone through 2 rolls and only been able to use 4 bags due to the others ripping; this was an absolute waste of money. Do NOT recommend. Update: The seller reached out and sent a new box. The first box must have been defective because none of the bags in the new box are shredding or tearing. Instead, these are durable and exactly what I was looking for! The seller was responsive. Highly recommend.

We've been using these bags for 9 months and couldn't be happier. They feel thin (because they are) but have been quite durable. To further reduce waste, we often re-use our bags 2-3 times before composting (yes, there are sanitary ways to do this). The bags hold up very well to this heavy use. They are big enough to hold 2 piles from our medium-sized dogs and still tie off easily. For us, the most important feature is the ACTUAL biodegradability in real-world circumstances. Most "biodegradable" or "compostable" bags will break down ONLY in perfect conditions of industrial composting facilities, to which almost nobody has access. Tossing then into your trash can, which goes to the landfill, will not permit the conditions needed for biodegrading most bags. We compost our dog poo, along with the bags, in our backyard composter. (Lots of info online about doing this safely, but tldr: DO NOT do this unless you follow the process closely.). The attached photo shows this brand of bag already significantly decomposed after about 4 weeks. You can see the bag is breaking down significantly. Even if you do not compost your own dog poo bags, choosing these bags is the closest you will likely get to using a bag that will actually biodegrade over time in real-world conditions.

These bags are great. No problems with bags having no bottoms like some brands. We’ve been using these for a couple of years now and every bag has been reliably usable. I’ve used them for two big dogs who have big piles of poop and these bags are solidly able to handle all of it. No leaking. Love that they come in a box with enough bags for months. Seem reasonably priced for the quality. I have them on auto ship so I know that I always have them on hand. I’ve tried a lot of different kinds of bags over the past 15 years and these are my favorite. Also love that they are actually compostable unlike some other brands that aren’t but use words that mislead you to believe that they are. I’ve also tried brands that are compostable but can’t handle the poop. Highly recommend these.

Brilliant!!! Finally afforadable 100% compostable ( ok im not going to compost but these are fast composting and no plastic) I use Bio bags for my compost and they do sell do poo bags but for the amount I use as a dog walker its ridiculous , took a chance on these as some of my dogs are mega poopers and these hold up, plenty big enough and yes I do the double poop with the smaller dogs and no incidents of burtsting etc yet. Feels so much better to use something truly green , will 100% buy again and will be encouraging friends too by giving them roll to try. No nasty perfume smell either which is good, cant stand that fake perfume stink on some bags, these have a very faint ( if you put them right to your nose - suggest doing that before using ) odor of a natural scent , im guessing corn ?? anyways well worth it and didn't think Id be so enthuasiastic over poo bags...BTW please dont leave yours full on trails, invest in a poosack and carry them with you to a bin, Cheers

I love that these are plant based and biodegradable. They are very, very delicate though. I have to be super careful when opening them or they will easily tear. Worth it to not be using plastic, though.

The quality is good, to be expected from a biodegradable bag. They’re a great value for the money, but helping cut down on plastic waste products is invaluable. I’ve been using these for a couple years now, they don’t disappoint. Once tied, they keep the odor in until the bags start to break down. They will break down faster if you get them wet. I left a roll outside & it was almost unusable after a while. The bags will tear at the seems etc. Anyway, happy scooping! 💩😂

We have been trying to remove all plastic bags from our household, and these bags have helped. I have been using these compostable poop bags for my 50 lb and 85 lb dogs for almost a year, and they work well for us. The company seems to have improved the sticker that holds the new roll closed. The sticker is now perforated so it splits when you want to start a new roll, and now the bag does NOT develop a hole where the sticker is. GREAT improvement! The perforation between bags works well too. Never had a problem getting a new bag off the roll. The bags are roomy enough and never had one break on me.

Finally, after trying a lot of poop bags (some freebies, some bought), this one is truly easy to open! No more standing on the side of the road with my dog, trying to get a bag to open! I'm going to give some to family members to make their lives easier!

Ottimi sacchetti, non solo “biodegradabili”, ma compostabili. Resistenti quanto basta e di comode dimensioni, considerando i generosi depositi del mio maremmano misto labrador... ho avuto modo di testarli da un bel pò. Con la mano distesa dentro, il sacchetto mi arriva a metà dell’avambraccio, nessun rischio di pasticci. Li ricomprerò sicuramente!

Son mis bolsas favoritas, ya no se usar otras. Son grandes y resistentes. Se abren con mucha facilidad y son biodegradables. Por ponerles un pero la primera bolsa que viene con la pegatina se suele romper si no despegas con sumo cuidado.

Don't understand how this has almost 5 stars. Almost every bag rips for me. Doesn't matter how careful I am.

Brilliant poo bags! (not a sentence I thought I would say) No ripping at all, plenty thick enough. They cover up over the wrist so no chance of skin to poop contact 😬 Honestly, these are seemingly expensive for poo bags, but absolutely worth it when you know you're doing everything you can for the environment whilst keeping public spaces clean. I've also noticed I can't smell the poo when the bags tied, unlike plastic brands previously used. If you're looking for a green alternative to what you're currently using, you've found it.
