I bought this a couple weeks ago. At first I was tickled over the vacuum and disappointed in the mop part. I have floors that have a few flaws in them and it would hang up with the mop attachment. I used it several times with just the vacuum and then I would mop the floors. I decided to try again with the mop. It is working great now. It has not hung up once. It is funny to watch and it is stubborn. I am in love with it now. I thought my dogs would go nuts but they don't pay any attention to it. I guess it has to learn the floors before you use the mop. Gets up pet hair and glitter too.
